BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Reef Magic Cruises - "MARINE WORLD":

All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Lets Go Surfing:

We surf in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the surf is too big, or the conditions unsafe, then we will reschedule the lesson. If you are unable to reschedule a lesson that we have cancelled then we can provide a refund. Otherwise there are no refunds, transfers (to other people), or cancellations. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean forfeiture of that lesson.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Cairns Adventure Group:

50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure

Daintree Tours:

A refund is not provided for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure. Amendments to bookings may be made without charge up to 48hrs prior to departure, subject to availability.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.

Explore Group:

If you cancel more than 48hours prior to the cruise, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 48hours and 24hours prior there is a 50% fee. If you cancel within 24hours of your tour or are a no show on the day there is a 100% fee.
